The weird and wonderful cars of London
London is an incredible, vibrant and strange place, and its cars are no different either.
We've previously shared with you our favourite Supercars of London, but on another recent supercar spotting trip to the capital, we turned our focus away from the exotica and instead to the eccentric and brilliant cars that adorn London's streets.
If you name any car, there's a strong chance that it's parked up in central London somewhere. We could spend days wandering around the classy streets, and hope to share some more with you in the future. But for now, you'll just have to do with these 12.
Just a few of our favourite oddball cars included a distinctive Smart Crossblade (one of just 16 automatic cars left on UK roads) as well an immaculate and original Alpina B10. We also saw an Aston Martin Lagonda Taraf, a car that was only offered to the UAE market. Just a couple have been imported to the UK, including the one we spotted. Aston Martin's CEO Andy Palmer also has an example, too.
However, there were some shockers in there, including a hideous gold-wrapped Smart Fortwo, fitted with the ultra-expensive number plate 'B1'. We also saw a Mercedes 4X42 that dwarfed everything around it, even a good-sized van parked behind.
Have a look through our gallery, and why not let us know your favourite (or least) in the comments below.
