Five must-see TV highlights for the week ahead
Paul and Pru have whittled the Bake Off contestants down to the final three, which means it's time for this year's grand final. However, if baking brilliance isn't your bag then there's still plenty to watch with Ross Kemp venturing into the UK's toughest prison and Five's excellent series about bridges.
1. The Great British Bake-Off - Tuesday at 8pm on Channel 4
Channel 4 has somehow managed to maintain Bake Off's magic formula, despite the addition of ad breaks and Noel Fielding. Now in the final episode, the three remaining contestants will pull out all the stops to impress the judges and take home the title of Britain's best amateur baker.
2. Celebrity First Dates For Stand Up To Cancer - Thursday at 9pm on Channel 4
Some have accused this reality show's celebrity edition of being too unbelievable in the past, but with a line-up including Sinitta, Roman Kemp and Michael Fabricant MP it'll still be worth a watch.
3. Ross Kemp Behind Bars: Inside Barlinnie - Thursday at 9pm on ITV1
Former EastEnder Ross Kemp gains unprecedented access to HMP Barlinnie in Glasgow. The iconic prison has a formidable reputation and the show will provide a fascinating insight into how our modern prison system operates and if it's achieving its goals.
4. World's Greatest Bridges - Friday at 8pm on Channel 5
Bridges are some of humankind's most spectacular feats of engineering. In this series we travel with the likable presenter Rob Bell as he discovers how and why these iconic structures were built. Having visited the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco last week, this episode takes Bell to Australia and the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
