Thrill-seeker gets hit in the face by pigeon on Ferrari Land ride

Europe's first Ferrari Land theme park opened in Spain this week and while many visitors had the time of their lives on the continent's highest and fastest rollercoaster, one rider's experience wasn't as enjoyable after he was hit in the face by a pigeon.

In a hilarious video posted on YouTube, the adrenaline junkie is seen on the Red Force vertical accelerator with a friend.

Just a few seconds after being strapped into the 112mph ride, he is smacked in the face by the bird and left with blood on his cheek.

After realising it is a pigeon that has hit him, he brushes it off. He then turns to his friend to explain what has happened before continuing to enjoy the ride.

It is not clear whether the pigeon survived the incident.
