Police search for 'serial flasher' on London trains

A search has been launched for a 'serial flasher' who has exposed himself to different women on trains in London.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with two incidents of outraging public decency.

The offences happened on 3 January and 5 February, but have recently been linked, and officers believe the man shown in the CCTV image may have information which could help with the investigation.

The first incident, on 3 January, happened at around 4pm on board a Queens Town Road to Mortlake train.

A 51-year-old woman saw a man exposing himself and touching himself inappropriately before leaving the train.

The second incident, on 5 February, happened at around 7.45pm on board a train from Waterloo to St Margaret's station in Hertfordshire.

A 21-year-old woman saw a man exposing himself on the train.

A BTP spokesperson said: "Everyone should be free to travel on the railway network without experiencing unwanted sexual behaviour.

"If you would like to report an incident, please get in touch. We take all reports of this nature extremely seriously and will investigate."
