Man races the Tube in a wheelchair


Anthony was on a mission.

After watching a video of a man racing the London Tube from Mansion House to Cannon Street station, he decided to take on the challenge himself with help from The Free Help Guy, but for a different reason.

Anthony is passionate about raising awareness for the lack of wheelchair accessibility not just in the London Underground, but across London.

He hoped this video would change accessibility in the Underground and it did.

In October 2014, London's Mayor Boris Johnson pledged £75 million to help speed up accessibility in the Underground for the disabled.
