Mariah Carey is adding another property to her real estate portfolio.

The pop diva just put down a deposit to secure this stunning $100,000 (£80,500) a month Beverly Hills rental... and it might be one of our favorites we've ever seen.

The palatial mansion is worth close to $30,000,000 (£24,000,000) and has reportedly been home to a host of other stars.

It boasts nine bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a pool, a tennis court, theatre, and a two-lane bowling alley.

It also has a gated front entrance, plenty of privacy, spacious living, and classic interior touches of design.

The home was originally built in 1941 for the Wizard of Oz's cowardly lion, but now it belongs to Mariah and we have no idea how long she plans to stay.
