Teenager held after boy who took drug suffers kidney failure

A teenager has suffered kidney failure after consuming a drug known as Darth Vader, police said.

The 14-year-old boy reportedly took just half a tablet in Holywood, Co Down, on Saturday.

The substance has not been identified.

A 17-year-old was arrested on Sunday for questioning about possession of a class A controlled drug, and possession with intent to supply.
