In the UK our toilets may be pretty simple to use, after all, most of the time there's only one button you need to press or one handle to push.

In Japan it isn't quite so simple as they have some of the most high-tech bathroom facilities in the world.

Realistically you could be faced with a whole range of buttons when it comes to simply flushing the toilet.
