Elon Musk says tunnels are the answer to 'traffic hell'

Tech billionaire Elon Musk has reaffirmed his statement that the solution to gridlock is building tunnels beneath major cities.

The Tesla and SpaceX CEO first mentioned his idea for a new project in December last year, tweeting: "Traffic is driving me nuts. Am going to build a tunnel boring machine and start digging."
