Young driver killed his stepfather and best friend while street racing

A young driver was responsible for the death of his best friend and his stepfather during an illegal street race, a court has heard.

Joshua Ford, 21, of Underhill Crescent, Abergavenny, was driving his red Citroen C2 on a country lane when he crashed into the Toyota Celica carrying his friend Jordan Thomas, 19, and stepfather Lee Fox, 35, killing both.
