'Top Gear Dog' has passed away

The labradoodle introduced as the official Top Gear dog at the start of the show's eighth series has died.

The news of her death was announced on a Twitter page set up in her honour. It said: "Wonderful, incredible, irreplaceable TG. 2006-2017 Loved to distraction. Thank you for the memories beautiful girl. My heart will never heal."
