Davina McCall is lapping up the winter sun on an exotic holiday and took to Instagram to share a photo of her bikini body while posing in a vibrant two-piece swimsuit.

The 49-year-old was pictured looking toned while standing beside her holiday pool and wrote an inspirational message for her followers: "In my 'casually leaning against a pillar' pose. I'm posting all these pics of myself scantily dressed because I want to show you that working out works.
"Contrary to popular belief I don't work out with @edthept every day... on other days I'll train at home.. to myself. Have done for years. If you are nervous, don't be... just start... 10 min workouts... do what you can... build up gradually. That's what I did. I don't train all day...I've got a job , and a family... it's about balance.

Davina's fans took to the photo sharing app to praise her hard work, with one writing: "Body goals for 2017, @davinalpmccall you are amazing, you show us busy mums that it's possible".
Another wrote: "Amazing! I am 40 next year and have said I want a body like yours strong and lean and healthy I am halfway there #40goals".
In January, the TV star shared snaps from her Christmas and New Year holiday in Australia, where she showed off her incredible six-pack while stand-up paddleboarding in Sydney.
