Harry to join City brokers on trading floor for charity fundraising day

Prince Harry is to join City brokers on their trading floor for a charity fundraising day.

He will close deals for the global firm ICAP and help generate money for a range of good causes.

Other celebrities from the world of sport, television and entertainment are also expected to take part.

All the global revenues from trading during ICAP's 24th charity day will go to a number of causes around the world, including Sentebale, a charity of which Harry is patron.

Founded by Harry and Prince Seeiso of Lesotho in 2006, Sentebale supports orphans and vulnerable children, many of whom are affected by the HIV/Aids epidemic and extreme poverty.

ICAP is an inter-dealer broker which matches buyers and sellers who want to trade in a range of products, from interest rates to commodities.

Since 1993 its charity day has raised almost £127 million for charities around the world, with more than 60 ICAP offices worldwide taking part annually.
