Alien creature spotted on Mars

Updated

A bizarre 'reptile-like' creature has been spotted on the surface of Mars, according to conspiracy theorists.

One alien hunter believes the tiny animal sports two horns and possibly a shell, claiming the creature's eye, neck and head all appear reptilian.

He claims the baffling pictures have been taken by the Mars Curiosity Rover and think they could prove that there is life on the Red Planet.

Joe White, from Alien Art TV, said: "It seems to have a beak to the left and tiny horns on top. The eye, head and neck look reptilian but at this size it is hard to tell.

"It also looks like it has a shell and possible limbs.

"Perhaps it was frozen and preserved when the atmosphere was destroyed.

"It may well be just an oddly shaped rock but when you look at all the other things I have found in the area like huge Mars buildings, statues and animal skulls, then practically anything is possible in my opinion."

Earlier this month, a British conspiracy theorist claimed to have spotted a chair on Mars.

The image, which is again believed to have been taken recently by the Curiosity Rover, shows several strange formations of rocks.

One is 'U-shaped' while another appears to have a shallow V-shape cut out of its centres, something the filmmaker describes as a potential seat.

The conspiracy theorists says he believes the rocks could point to the fact that Mars used to be a populated planet, and that the chairs were actually used by aliens to sit on.
