Harry set to visit sexual health charity amid HIV awareness campaign
Prince Harry will visit a sexual health charity today as he continues his efforts to raise awareness about HIV.
Harry will meet staff from Naz, an organisation which provides support and advice for various minority communities.
Over the past 12 months the prince has stepped up his work helping the fight against HIV, speaking at an international conference in South Africa to warn against the threat of complacency.
He also visited the Mildmay HIV hospital in east London and later, during a visit to a sexual health clinic, publicly took a HIV test.
During the visit to Fulham's Hurlingham Club, Harry will meet the Joyful Noise choir, a collection of people of different faiths, ethnicity, sexual orientation and gender, all living with HIV.
The choir are rehearsing to perform that night at the nOscars, an award ceremony established by Naz in 2012 to highlight the programmes, people and media which challenge HIV and homophobic stigma.
The nOscars event is one of the largest award ceremonies of its kind and aims to put a spotlight on the poor sexual health outcomes of minority groups.
The prince will also hear about Naz's wider work in providing sexual health promotion and HIV support services to black, Asian and minority ethnic communities in London.
