Cat attacked with acid finds comfort in teddy bear

Sir Thomas Trueheart, known as Tommy, is now very playful cat after nearly losing one of his lives in a horrific acid attack.

Just months ago, someone poured acid on his head, causing the poor cat's nose and right eye to be melted off.

Vets didn't think he'd survive the attack but Tommy miraculously pulled through and has recovered although he can only see in one eye and has permanent scarring.

He finds comfort in cuddling with a stuffed animal teddy bear.
