Boo doesn't seem to know what to think of him at first, standing on his hind legs, and then hiding behind the stair bannister.

According to the Daily Mail, the footage was shot by Joel Rosenthal, who has a number of rescue animals at his property.

On its Facebook page, Point of View farm says: "Point of View Farm, Inc. is a non-profit charitable organisation located in Pocahontas County on 262 acres.

"The property is somewhat isolated in that the only access is by driving 450 feet through the Greenbrier River. The property is surrounded by tens of thousands of acres of state and National forests.

"The property contains a wide variety of ecological niches from open meadows, a mountainside, diverse forests, a wetland, a pristine mountain stream, dozens of ponds and an 8 acre island. Rehabilitated wildlife are released on site."

The charity also accepts donations.
