Helicopter footage captures mobile phone thief escaping
A moped-riding mobile phone thief was arrested with 21 phones, following a rampage through Islington and Camden on 3 September.
London's Metropolitan Police have released footage of Cavell Hutson, 21, of Highbury New Park, trying to escape police in Kingsland market, Hackney.
The footage shows the thieves haring past a woman in the street, grabbing a mobile phone straight out of hands and racing away.
The men later abandoned the bike and attempted to make their getaways on foot.
The end of the film also shows the criminal being apprehended by police after his unsuccessful escape attempt.
