So what are these people doing to live up to 115 years old? Eating right!

The Okinawa diet for example is a lot of vegetables, rice and fish. producing dishes that are rich in protein, but low in calories.

People in The Nicoya peninsula in Costa Rica eat early and minimally. Their diet includes beans, yams and small portions of meat.

Both Ikaria, Greece and Sardinia, Italy pride themselves in living by the mediterranean diet. rich in fish, vegetables, and wholegrain with moderate alcohol.

And Loma linda, California, sits removed from the rest of the U.S. and have a traditionally low-fat, vegan diet, avoiding meat and dairy products as much as possible.

So, start cooking by these rules at home, or you might just have to travel to each of these places!
