Councils making millions from drivers trapped in box junctions

Councils are making millions of pounds from fines issued to drivers stuck in yellow box junctions during poor traffic flow.

A junction in Fulham, south-west London, has raised £2.4 million from Penalty Charge Notice fines in the past 18 months, the BBC reports.
