Andrea McLean has revealed she'll be absent from Loose Women for a month - to have a hysterectomy.
The TV host, 46, told viewers she'll be having the operation which involves removing all or part of the womb.
She said: "Just to let you know, don't worry if you don't see me for the next month or so. I'm actually going to be off at home convalescing. I'm having a hysterectomy tomorrow."
"There are lots of personal reasons for that. I did go to the doctors and talk about it," said Andrea, who has a son, 14, and a daughter, nine.
The Loose Women hosts had been discussing men and whether they are unable to open up about health issues.
Fellow panellist Saira Khan jumped up to give her pal a hug as Andrea continued: "I will be at home watching you. That's where I will be just in case you are wondering."
