Terence Crutcher was shot and killed by a Tulsa police officer during a traffic stop on September 16. Video was released on Monday showing police officers in Oklahoma fatally shooting the unarmed black man whose car had stalled in the middle of the street.
According to BuzzFeed, officials said that Tulsa police officer Betty Shelby, who is white, shot Terence Crutcher during a stop on Friday night. Officer Tyler Turnbough also fired his Taser, which was captured by a dashboard camera.

It was originally reported that officials said Crutcher refused to comply with orders to put his hands up and during a news conference on Monday, Tulsa police chief Chuck Jordan said that Shelby radioed dispatchers to say she was "not having cooperation from the person there".
However, in the dashcam video released on Monday, Crutcher can be seen standing in the middle of the street with his hands up. Aerial footage has also been released by police showing Crutcher standing by his vehicle when he is shot.
Crutcher was taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
