Triumph land speed record halted after weather causes crash

Triumph Motorcycles has confirmed that its attempt at a land speed record has been postponed.

The news comes following reports that the specially designed Triumph Infor Rocket Streamliner had crashed after hitting a damp section of the course. Reports suggest the rear broke loose sending the motorcycle tumbling down the circuit.
