Biker arrested after uploading video of himself at '170mph' on public roads

A man has been arrested after officers found video footage that allegedly showed him riding a motorbike at 170mph on the road.

The video was posted to YouTube with the title '170mph at Teesside Park', and shows the biker travelling at high speed near the popular shopping centre in Stockton-on-Tees.
