Pensioner causes traffic mayhem driving scooter on dual carriageway

A pensioner has caused tailbacks after driving his mobility scooter at 8mph on a busy dual carriageway.

Footage recorded on a dashcam on the A38 near Plymouth shows cars in the left lane slowing before swerving to the right.
