Drivers' shock as plane crashes onto A40
Drivers were left horrified when a plane crashed onto the A40.
The light aircraft smashed into the A40 Monmouth Road at around 3pm on Saturday afternoon.

Emergency services, including four fire crews, were called to the scene and the pilot and two passengers were taken to hospital.
It is believed that nobody suffered serious injuries.

One eyewitness, Lois Woods, 21, told Wales Online: "We heard a strange noise, getting louder and louder and then we saw the plane on the central reservation.
"We didn't see the crash, but I think we were there a few seconds after it came down."

According to the Daily Star, Chief Inspector Smith said: "Reports came in at 3.25pm that a light aircraft had come down on the A40.
"The police and two passengers are being treated for minor injuries."
The Air Accident Investigation Branch will look into the incident.
