Father Places Full Page Ad Seeking Wife for 48-Year-Old Son

Baron Brooks, a Salt Lake City businessman, was shocked when he saw a full page advertisement in a local newspaper, inviting candidates to be his wife.

Brooks quickly managed to narrow down who the culprit behind the $900 advert was. It was his own father!

Brooks says he is furious with his father for causing such embarrassment, but because he doesn't want to hurt his feelings, he's letting his father interview any inquiring bachelorettes that are deemed suitable.

This list of requirements may put quite a few women off though. Deal breakers include anyone who has voted for Obama or Hillary Clinton, stating: "You must be politically conservative. This is very important to me. If you voted for Obama or plan to vote for Hillary you are not for me."

Other stipulations include height, the advert reads: "I am 5'5" and if you are 5'8" and like to wear high heels, it may not work."

But there is one demand that seems to override all of the others. Any potential candidates must be willing and able to have children as soon as possible and expect to be a stay at home mum!

Brooks says his father is always up to crazy things like this but that he's actually willing to give it a shot and meet any of the women that get through the strict regulation process!
