Men filmed trying to save car from flash flood

Eight men were filmed attempting to rescue a car from deep floodwater, following torrential downpours in the Russian city of Lipetsk.

A month's worth of rain fell on the city in just a few hours on Sunday, causing the flash flooding, which came well above the roofs of many cars.
