Mum criticised after letting kids get splashed by passing cars

A mother has hit back at criticism that she put her children's lives in danger when she let them stand beside a flooded road in Birmingham as cars drove by.

Lisa Gallagher filmed her two young daughters as they were soaked by passing motorists. The two young girls appear to be enjoying their time in the storm. However, when the video was posted on Facebook, another parent replied saying it was dangerous to let them play so close to the road in such weather.
