Freebie Friday: eat, drink and be summery (for free)

If there's one thing the weather over the past week has told us, it's that there's no point sticking to a joyless diet this summer: there's really very little risk you'll be forced into shorts or a swimming costume in the very near future. So put down the celery and embrace a little of what you fancy. With these great freebies you can even indulge for free - although naturally this assumes you'll be drinking responsibly.

Free Goose Island wheat beer
The users of HotUKDeals.com have pointed out that between now and 18 June, you can get a free wheat beer at any Revolution De Cuba bar. All you have to do is visit the site, and show your voucher to bar staff. Technically there's nothing stopping you from using this again at another bar in the chain afterwards.

Free cocktail
Pitcher & Piano offers a free drink every month for anyone who signs up to its newsletters. In June it's a Żubrówka Apple Zu cocktail or a bottle of Sol - which are available until the end of June.

Free Jack Link's Beef Jerky
Members of Quidco can get a free 25g pack of the beef jerky from Tesco - worth £1. All you need to do is buy it from Tesco, then submit a photo of your receipt ether through the Quidco website or the app, and you will receive £1 cash back. You'll need to be quick through, because as usual there are only a limited number of freebies available.

Free pint
Ember Inns are offering all dads a free pint of their new house beer on Father's Day. You don't need a voucher, you just need to buy a main meal, and if you're a dad. you'll get the pint thrown in for free.

Free crisps
Pringles is offering free 40g cans of crisps to the first 25,000 people to print off a coupon from its Facebook page. You just take your voucher to a supermarket, pick up a can, and pay for it with the voucher.

Free yogurt drink
You can try a bottle of yogurt drink Optiwell, for free. Just register with your details and you'll get a coupon for a 330ml or 1l bottle of the drink -up to the value of £2. You can take it to any supermarket that sells it to redeem your coupon, and it's valid for a month after you sign up.
