Tow-truck speeds away after stealing car in Florida

It took mere seconds for a speedy tow truck driver to steal a car parked outside its owner's house in Sarasota, Florida.

Captured on CCTV, the footage shows a truck driver quickly reverse into the driveway, hook up to the parked car and drive away within seconds of arriving.
