Britain's Got Talent's two wild card choices have been announced as a pair of dancers and a dog act.

Married couple Shannon and Peter Parker were the judges' pick for one of the places in Saturday's grand final.

Panellists Simon Cowell, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden have been consistently impressed by the pair's expressive dancing.

Animal act Lucy and Trip Hazard were the public's choice for the other spot.

Lucy Heath from Billingborough in South Lincolnshire and her dog Trip Hazard now have a chance to become another canine winner of the competition.

Both contestants will join the 10 who have battled their way through the semi-finals for a chance to win a spot on the stage at the Royal Variety Performance and a £250,000 prize.

This year's finalists include 100 Voices of Gospel, who won the first semi-final, with Mel and Jamie as the second act through to the final.

Wayne Woodward, the Danny Dyer sound-alike, was the winner of the second semi-final. Swordsman Alex Magala joined him on that night.

The public chose magician Richard Jones as the winner for night three with dancing Stormtroopers Boogie Storm taking second place.

Schoolgirl Beau Dermott swept to victory in the fourth semi-final, with the judges picking Balance Unity in the runner-up slot.

Impressionist Craig Ball won the last semi-final where he was joined by schoolgirl singer Jasmine Elcock.

The final of Britain's Got Talent is broadcast on Saturday at 7.30pm.
