Time-warp VW beetle heads to upcoming classic car auction

A classic Volkswagen Beetle that has covered just 90 km (55 miles) since it was registered in 1974 is to be offered at Silverstone Auctions' upcoming Classic Race Aarhus Auction in Denmark.

The exceptional model has had one owner from new, an elderly gentleman called Armando Sgroi who bought it from G. Terragni Volkswagen in the Italian city of Genoa, on January 23, 1974.
