Typically dealing with customer service can be tiresome, especially when you're trying to return something.

But that's not always the case, one Zulily customer had an experience that was so touching, she decided to share it with the world.

When Kelly Kangol ordered a coat from the e-commerce site, she was disappointed to find that the coat's material wouldn't work with her two shedding dogs. After all, dog hair and certain materials just don't mix!

Kelly then contacted Zulily to return the unopened coat and after being assured that she would receive her full payment back, she wasn't expecting the response she got.

Someone from the company then told her: "Please don't send it back. If you know someone who needs a winter coat or if you would like to donate it to a charity, that would make us very happy."

In a post on Facebook Kelly added: "I honestly thought he was kidding. It took me a moment to realise he was completely serious, and then came the tears. I don't know other companies that do this, do you? I thought Zulily was pretty incredible before , but after today, I'm a customer for LIFE."

Hopefully Kelly's experience will inspire others to give too!
