This burglar disguised himself in the most ridiculous way while ransacking a home

Police are on the hunt for a burglar who broke into a property and stole a number of items, while trying to hide his identity with a duvet.

Balaclavas, hooded jumpers and masks weren't an option for the unidentified man, who covered his head with bedding before crawling around the home in Manukau, New Zealand.

Luckily the home owners' internal CCTV camera caught him in the act and Counties Manukau Police were able to catch a glimpse of the suspect, who pocketed the cash and jewellery among other things during the break-in.
