Utah driver gets trapped between vehicle and McDonald's wall

A dashcam in a police car in Tooele, Utah, captured footage of an extraordinary incident – with a 19-year-old man having got his head stuck between a car and the wall of a McDonald's restaurant.

Reports say that money fell out of the man's hand while he was attempting to pay for a meal at the restaurant's drive-through window. While he opened the car's door to try and retrieve the dropped notes, his foot somehow slipped off the brake and on to the throttle – pinning him against the wall.
