Can you see something very rude in this cloud formation?

When one woman set out to take some beautiful pictures of the pink-hued sunrise she didn't realise she'd capture a lot more than that.

Cara Ottley, 27, set off to take some pretty pictures above the seaside town of Whitby in North Yorkshire, and realised she'd managed to snap a 'penis cloud'.

The suggestive cloud formation was actually a collection of nacreous clouds, formed with diffraction of sunlight and crystals when the sun is just below the horizon.

She captured the image at 7.45am on Tuesday morning.

According to the Mirror and The Sun, Cara, a call centre worker, said: "I was taken aback when someone on Twitter pointed out that the clouds in the picture were in fact the same shape as a willy.

"Now all you can see when you look at it is the penis.

"What was just an innocent sunrise has turned into something much more than that."

It's not the first time a phallic-shaped cloud has been spotted over the UK.

Locals in a small town in Wales recently had a giggle when they woke up to a cloud looking suspiciously like a penis looming in the sky above.

And, in December, a holidaymaker in Iceland captured a hilarious picture showing the moment a geyser exploded into the shape of a giant erect penis.
