Car set on fire after vandal douses it in liquid

Shocking CCTV footage has been released showing a person setting light to a car on a residential street in Hardwick, Stockton.

In the video you see the offender walk up to the vehicle and pour a liquid onto it before running away as the car lights up in flames.
