Sergio Perez believes Force India could serve up a surprise at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix as the Mexican looks to finish the 2015 campaign on a high.
Perez has enjoyed his most productive season in Formula One this year with 68 points going into the final race, the 25-year-old occupying ninth place in the drivers' standings.
A third-place finish at the Russian Grand Prix in Sochi was his highlight as the team found reliability and consistency in the second half of the year, already securing fifth in the constructors championship.
"I think it's probably been my best season in Formula One in terms of results and also the most enjoyable," said Perez. "We have grown a lot during the course of the year and we have had some special days,
"I think we have the potential for a big result in Abu Dhabi.
"Things didn't work out for me in Brazil so I'm determined to get back in the points this weekend and finish this great season on a positive note."
Perez's team-mate Nico Hulkenberg is also positive about his chances from the other side of the garage, and the German - who trails Perez by 16 points - is targeting a top-10 finish in United Arab Emirates.
Hulkenberg said: "The final race of the season is always important because you want to finish the season well and carry the momentum into the winter months.
"We have already secured fifth in the championship but I want to make sure I end the season in the top ten of the drivers' championship so there is still a lot to play for."
