A 15-year-old boy will appear in court accused of attempted murder after two teenage boys were stabbed at a school.

The youngster, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is accused of grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon and will appear at Camberwell Magistrates' Court in south east London tomorrow, Scotland Yard said.

One teenager was left in a critical condition and another was taken to hospital and later released after suffering minor injuries following the incident at Kingsdale Foundation School in Alleyn Park, Dulwich, south east London on Thursday.

The incident happened shortly before 3.30pm, and pupils were kept inside buildings as emergency services dealt with the situation.

The school reopened today.
