Lottery draw hit by 'technical glitch'

Lottery ticketholders were left waiting when a technical glitch in the live Lotto draw meant it could not go ahead on time.

But the triple rollover estimated £12.9 million jackpot draw took place within an hour and in the presence of an independent adjudicator.

The winning Lotto numbers were 02, 03, 34, 43, 49, 50, and the Bonus Ball was 38.

A Camelot spokeswoman said: "There was a technical issue with the draw tonight, so the drawmaster signalled they weren't happy for it to go ahead."

The Thunderball draw did take place as planned, with the numbers being: 06, 11, 13, 25 and 36. The Thunderball was 02.
