Driverless cars raise moral questions for Economic students

Students at the Toulouse School of Economics have been discussing a moral and ethical dilemma that comes with the invention of self-driving cars – should a car driving itself sacrifice its passengers in a 'greater good' scenario?

These thoughts have been published in a paper, with the idea that a driverless car should make such a huge moral decision a difficult one for students to justify.
