Motorcycle rider run over by police car following chase

A 19-year old Lithuanian man escaped without serious injury after his motorbike slipped on a gravel track and was run over by a pursuing police patrol car.

The incident took place in the rural area of Paneriai, when police noticed the bike was unregistered and missing its number plates.
