Sex offender flees Edmonton mental health centre
A convicted sex offender with a prosthetic ear has fled from a mental health facility.
Police are hunting John White, 52, who was last seen in the grounds of the North London Clinic in Church Street, Edmonton, at 5pm.
The public has been warned not to approach White, who has a prosthetic left ear and a scar on his left upper arm.
He is described as white, 5ft 11ins and stocky. He has links to south-east London and was last seen wearing a green jacket, black T-shirt, black jogging bottoms and trainers.
Police have urged anyone who sees White to call police.
