Meet Baby the rat, the favourite pet of Dutch YouTube user Maaike. He loves to eat spaghetti.

The rodent bears an uncanny resemblance to popular Disney character Remy from Ratatouille.

The clip shows a very happy Baby tucking into his favourite meal - and the video has had nearly 200,000 views so far.

Baby isn't Maaike's only rodent friend; she has a number of others who also feature in videos on her channel.

Tempted to get yourself your own spaghetti-eating rat? According to the Blue Cross, rats need to be fed a varied diet including fruit veg and grains. They thrive on having company - so it's best to keep at least a pair if you want them in your home as pets.
