Parking fines are arguably one of the most frustrating notices a motorist can receive. Nevertheless, we usually take a deep breath and pay the cash.

But now, drivers across the UK are refusing to pay their parking fines after finding that some photographic evidence had been altered to show that they were parked for longer than they actually were.
