Cop commands truck driver to "stay with me" after highway crash

A highway patrol officer has been honoured for saving the life of an injured truck driver.

Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Eric Devers can be seen running across the road to the scene of the incident, after the truck crashed through a barrier and ended up in a nearby field.
