Tanks a lot! Son builds motorised wheelchair with a difference

It's heartwarming to know that many will go above and beyond the call of duty to please their elderly parents, and one devoted son has done exactly that, building his father a motorised wheelchair. But this is no average mobility aid; this one resembles a tank.

Ninety-six-year-old Eddie Shaw is a retired Second World War veteran and started to find it increasingly difficult to push his own weight in a traditional wheelchair, especially on rough terrain. That's when son Peter stepped into the workshop to make a few alterations.
