Cute sloths climbing a frame: Video
If you find working out in the gym pretty tough, don't panic because you're not the only one.
This video shows two baby sloths apparently learning to climb. And it sounds like it's quite a strain.
The adorablecreatures are seen trying to pull themselves up on ropes and bars on what looks like a personalised sloth climbing frame.
These sluggish creatures are mammals from the same group as anteaters and armadillos.
They usually get around 20 hours of sleep a day, so we can see why they might not be too keen on an afternoon of exercise.
Sloths naturally live in trees though so it's important for these babies, who live at the Sloth Sanctuary in Costa Rica, to learn the ropes before they're released into the wild.
The Sloth Sanctuary is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of sloths.
