Diesel owners could face restrictions on city centre driving

Drivers of diesel cars are facing further headaches following the prospect of additional taxes and extra charges for driving diesel models into city centres. This comes after a Supreme Court ruling ordered the Government to devise new plans to improve air quality by the end of the year, following five years of legal action mounted by environmental group ClientEarth.
